24-hour HELP Line

The Helpline provides round-the-clock, anonymous telephone counseling to consumers in crisis and acts as liaison for such consumer to on-site, in-jail, or in-hospital emergency screening and services.

During working hours Emergency Services personnel will provide face-to-face screening, referrals and dispositions.  Screenings and referrals after hours are conducted by the on-call professional back-up for the Help Line.
